ORDINANCE NO. 521
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AMENDING SECTION 2.50.030 OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE BY
CHANGING THE SCHEDULED MEETING DATE OF THE ADVISORY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, ordains that:
Section 1. Section 2.50.030 (a) of the Seward City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:

Sec. 2.50.030 Meetings and quorum. (a) The Seward ad-
visory planning and zoning commission shall meet at 7:30 p.m.
in the city council chambers on the first Wednesday of each
month. Special meetings may be held at the call of the chair-
man and at other such times as the commission may determine.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 10 days following enact-
