CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 528
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION 6-l0(b)
OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE RELATIVE TO HISTORIC DISTRICTS WITHIN SEWARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, HEREBY ORDAINS
that:
Section 1. Section 6-l0(b) of the Seward City Code is hereby
repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 6-10. (b) The Council shall, by resolution,
establish and define those areas to be included in
the historic district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 10 days following
enactment.
