ORDINANCE NO. 561
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
LEVYING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
DESCRIBED AS OFFSITE WATERMAIN EXTENSION DISTRICT 86-4
WHEREAS, the City Council of Seward, Alaska. has conducted a
hearing to receive public comment concerning the fairness and accuracy
of the Special Assessment Roll for the Special Improvement District
described as Offsite Watermain Extension District 86-4; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the Special
Assessment Roll fairly apportions the cost of the improvements in the
Special Improvement District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA that:
Section 1. The Special Assessment Roll, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the Spec i al
Imrpovement District described as Offs1te Watermain Extension District
86-4 is hereby adopted and there is hereby levied against each property
described on said roll the amount assessed against it as set forth in
the roll.
Section 2. The payment schedule set forth in Resolution
No. <M("-2:s S is hereby adopted and may be utfl ized by owners of the
affected property for paying the assessment in installments.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
folowing enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
