CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 563
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SECTION 19A-41 OF THE CITY CODE,
SPB2IFICALLY ALASKA STATUTE CITATION CONTAINED THEREIN
WHEREAS, with the enactment of HB 72 and the reorganization of
Alaska Statutes Title 29, effective January 1986, many prior citations
are now incorrect;
NCW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1.
arrended by deleting
29.35.170".
Section 19A-41 of the Seward City Code is hereby
"AS 29.33.030" and substitute in its stead "AS
Section 2.
following enactment.
This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
this
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
