ORDINANCE NO. 580
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, REX;:lUIRING CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL PRIOR TO
FILING A PRELIMINARY PIAT OF CITY-rnNED PROPERrY
NCM, THEREFORE, THE CITY CCXJNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
AlASKA, HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. The Seward City Code is hereby amended by creating
a new Section 23-1 (b) to read as follCMs:
Sec. 23-1. Conditions to plat approval.
(b) No preliminary plat of Ci ty-owned property
ma.y be submitted to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission for approval without the prior
consent of the City Council.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
follCMing enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 25th day of August , 19 86 .
