CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 583
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SECTION 2-55(a).1(a) OF THE
CITY CODE RELATIVE TO THE SEWARD COMMUNITY HOSPITAL BOARD
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Section 2-55(a).1(a) of the Seward City
Code is hereby amended by deleting the last sentence in said
section and inserting in its stead the following sentence:
No employee or officer of the city whose terms and
condi tions of employment are established by the
community hospital board may serve as a member of
that board.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10)
days following enactment.
