CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 584
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, LEVYING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR THE SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT DESIGNATED GATEWAY SUBDIVISION
WATER TANK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-5
WHEREAS, the City Council of Seward, Alaska, has
conducted a hearing to receive public comment concerning the
fairness and accuracy of the Special Assessment Roll for the
Special Improvement District described as the Gateway
Subdivision Water Tank Assessment District No. 86-5; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the Special
Assessment Roll fairly apportions the cost of the improve-
ments in the Special Improvement District;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. The Special Assessment Roll, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer-
ence for the Special Improvement District described as the
Gateway Subdivision Water Tank Assessment District No. 86-5
is hereby adopted and there is hereby levied against each
property described on said roll the amount assessed against
it as set forth in the roll.
Section 2. The payment schedule set forth in Resolu-
tion No. 86-81 is hereby adopted and may be utilized by
owners of the affected property for paying the assessment in
installments.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10)
days following enactment.
