CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 632
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SECTION 3.60.020 OF THE
SEWARD CITY CODE PERTAINING TO THE EMPLOYMENT
OF FAMILY MEMBERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, HEREBY ORDAINS
that:
Section 1. The last sentence of Section 3.60.020 of the
Seward City code is hereby amended to read as follows:
For the purposes of this section, a family member
shall be defined as follows:
Spouse; parents; step-parents; brothers, sisters and
their spouses; step-brothers, step-sisters and their
spouses; children and their spouses; father-in-
law; mother-in-law; sister-in-law; brother-in-law;
grandparents and their spouses; grandchildren and
their spouses; stepchildren and their spouses; grand
stepchildren and their children; aunts; uncles;
nieces; nephews; and persons residing in the same
household as the employee.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten days follow-
ing enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 14th day of May, 1990.
