CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 640
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ADOPTING THE 1990 EDITION
OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
HEREBY ORDAINS that:
section 1. Section 12.05.035 of the Seward city Code is
hereby amended by deleting "1987" throughout and substituting in
its stead "1990".
section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 14th day of January, 1991.
