CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 650
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE REGULAR MEETING
DATE FOR THE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL BOARD
WHEREAS, the Community Hospital Board has requested that its
regular meeting be rescheduled from the third Monday of each month
to the first Monday of each month; and
WHEREAS, changing the meeting date as requested will allow the
Board to receive current financial statements with the Board
packets rather than at the meeting, giving the Board Members ample
time to review the statements prior to the meeting; and
WHEREAS, rescheduling the regular meetings to the first Monday
of each month will not conflict with other Council, Board or
Commission meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Section 2.30.112 A. of the Seward City Code is
hereby amended by deleting the word "third" and substituting in its
stead the word "first".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 8th day of July, 1991.
