ORDINANCE NO. 92-07
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SEWARD CITY CODE
SECTION 2.10.075 B., DECORUM BY PERSONS
ADDRESSING THE COUNCIL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA HEREBY
ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Section 2.10.075 B. of the Seward City Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
2.10.075 Decornm.
B. By other persons. Any person making personal, impertinent, threaten-
inK or slanderous remarks, or who shall become boisterous while addressing the
council, shall be forthwith, by the presiding officer, barred from further audience at
the meeting before the council, unless permission to continue be granted by a
majority vote of the council.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
13th day of April, 1992.
