CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 92-16
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING CHAPTER 15.05 OF THE
SEWARD CITY CODE, LAND USE PLANNING
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide for the development of city park
facilities in accordance with established standards;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Chapter 15.05 of the Seward City Code is hereby amended by adding
the following new section:
15.05.030 Parks development and improvements. All public park
developments and improvements to city-owned park facilities shall require the prior
approval of the city Parks and Recreation Director.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
27th day of July, 1992.
