ORDINANCE NO. 92-23
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SEWARD CITY CODE
SECTION 3.40.060, DISCRIMINA nON AND REPRISALS
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code ~ 3.40.060 is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.40.060 No discrimination or re.prisals. Employees are entitled to have
grievances resolved without fear of recrimination or penalty. Employees shall be
free from interference, restraint, coercion, discrimination or reprisal in utilizing or
for utilizing the grievance procedures contained in this chapter. Employees shall
be free from interference, restraint, coercion, discrimination or reprisal in testifying
in a grievance procedure conducted under this chapter. .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
26th day of October, 1992.
