CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 93-02
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING CHAPTER 12.05 OF THE
CITY CODE BY ADOPTING THE NEWLY REVISED UNIFORM CODES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA HEREBY
ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Section 12.05.010, Uniform Building Code adopted, of the Seward City
Code is hereby amended by deleting all references to "1988" and replacing in its stead
"1991".
Section 2. Section 12.05.015, Dangerous Building Code adopted, of the Seward
City Code is hereby amended by deleting all references to "1988" and replacing in its
stead "1991".
Section 3. Section 12.05.020, Uniform Housing Code adopted, of the Seward City
Code is hereby amended by deleting all references to "1988" and replacing in its stead
"1991".
Section 4. Section 12.05.025, Uniform Plumbing Code adopted, of the Seward City
Code is hereby amended by deleting all references to "1988" and replacing in its stead
"1991".
Section 5. Section 12.05.030, Uniform Mechanical Code adopted, of the Seward
City Code is hereby amended by deleting all references to "1988" and replacing in its
stead "1991".
Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
25th day of January, 1993.
