CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 93-22
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, REVISING THE COUNCIL AGENDA FORMAT
WHEREAS, recent revisions to the Council Agenda format placed approval of the
Consent Agenda near the beginning of the Agenda and before the public had an
opportunity to comment; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to allow public input on all items
appearing on the Agenda prior to Council action on those items;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code Section 2.1O.055(A) is hereby amended to read as
follows:
2.10.055 Agenda.
A. The order of business for the regular meetings of the city council shall
be as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
