CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 94-11
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING SEWARD CITY CODE ~ 15.10.225 A.,
TABLE 15.10.225 LAND USES ALLOWED
WHEREAS, the table of Land Uses Allowed is a primary part of the zoning code
establishing types of uses allowed in various zoning districts within the community; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the community to periodically review and
update the city code to reflect community changes and needs; and
WHEREAS, the ability to locate emergency service facilities throughout the
community is integral to the health and well being of the community's populace;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code ~ 15.10.225 A. Table 15.10.225 Land Uses Allowed
is hereby amended to read:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
