CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 94-53
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, REPEALING SEWARD CITY CODE,
CHAPTER 5.10, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BONDS
WHEREAS, many of the provisions of Seward City Code Section 5.10 are obsolete; and
WHEREAS, this Chapter could be recreated at some later date by including current and
more transaction-specific provisions in the event of a future economic development financing
through the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code Chapter 5.10, Economic Development Bonds, is hereby
REPEALED.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
12th day of December, 1994.
