CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 94-54
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, REPEALING SEWARD CITY CODE
SECTION 7.05.125, APPROVAL AS TO FORM BY CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the city council wishes to amend the City Code to reflect certain Charter
amendments approved by the voters of the City of Seward, Alaska, on October 4, 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA HEREBY ORDAINS that:
Section 1. Seward City Code S 7.05.125, Approval of form of purchase, etc., instrument
by city attorney, is hereby REPEALED.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days following its enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
12th day of December, 1994.
