ORDINANCE NO. 399
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE II, CHAPTER 8,
OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE RELATING TO REGISTRA-
TION OF VOTERS.
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. That Article II, Chapter 8, of the Seward
City Code which includes Section 8-20 to 8-23 and which relates
to the registration of voters is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this 23 day of May, 1974.
