AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION l2-4A OF THE
SEWARD CODE OF ORDINANCES DEALING WITH TRANS-
PORTATION OF GARBAGE, RUBBISH, OR WASTE MAT-
ERIAL.
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section l2-4A of the Seward Code of
Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
Sec. l2-4A. Transportation.
No person shall transport garbage, rubbish, or waste
material within the City unless it is transported in a cover-
ed or enclosed vehicle, or one which is loaded in such manner
as to prevent any of the contents from escaping.
Section 2. This ordinance takes effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
