ORDINANCE NO. 430
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO HATER RATES,
CREATING CITY CODE SECTION 22-11
THE CITY OF SEHARD ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 22-11, Water Rates, is hereby created to read as follows:
Section 22-11. Hater Rates
A. Residential or domestic service Ivithin the City limits of Sel.mrd,
Alaska:

D. Water supplied to ships moored at a dock temporarily shall be furnished
at a minimum rate of $100 per fill up, for any amount up to 100,000
gallons; and $ .75 per thousand gallons for any amount over 100,000
gallons.
Section 2. Due to the risk of a water shortage and the necessity
funds to alleviate this potential shortage, an emergency
declared, pursuant to Seward City Code Section 2-77 (b).
