AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING SECTION 1.604 OF THE GENERAL CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA. CHANGING MEETING TIME TO 7: 30 P.M 0
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA ORDAINSa
That section 1.604 of the General Code of Ordinances of The City of
seward be and the same is hereby modified as follows:
SECTION 1.604
Meetinqs.
The Commission shall meet at 7:30 p.m., in the council Chambers
on the second Monday of each month. Special meetings shall be held at
the call of the chairman and at such other times as the commission may
determine. All meetings and records of the commission shall be open to
the public and the commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings,
shawing the vote of each member upon each question, or passing an opin-
ion to vote indicating such background and shall keep records of its
examinations and other official actions, all of which shall be immedi-
ately filed in the office of the City Clerk and shall be a public record.
Publication of this Ordinance shall be made by posting a copy
hereof for a period of ten (10) days on the city Hall Bulletin Board,
and by publishing anotice of the place of posting and a brief statement
of the purpose of this Ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City, within a reasonable time.
This Ordinance shall be effective ten (10) days following the
date of posting.
