CITY OF SEWARD 1 ALASKA
TAX ORDINANCE NO. 341
to go into effect July 1, 19651 and
WHEREAS, the Kenai Peninsula Borough will be levying a sales tax
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Seward to eliminate the
sales tax presently imposed by the City of Seward, the City of Seward, Alaska
hereby ordains:
That Ordinance No. 300 (b) and the same is hereby,

effect July 1,1965, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Seward to eliminate the sales tax
presently imposed by the City of Seward, the City of Seward, Alaska, hereby ordains:
That Ordinance No. 300 (b) and the same is hereby, effective July 1, 1965,
repealed, provided, however, that any taxes now due and payable under said Ordinance
No. 300 shall be paid and collected as therein provided.
