212 is hereby arnended to read as I

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by this ordinance
for any particular provision or section, every person con-
victed of a violation of any provision of this ordinance, or
any rule or regulation adopted or issued in pursuance there-
of, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Three Hun-
dred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more
than Thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprison-
ment. Each act of violation and every day upon which any
such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate
offense.
