BE IT ORDAINED by tre Common Council of the City 0f Seward:

That the provisions of Ordinance No. 237 be, and'~ nereby :,
repealed.
The rules governing the introduction, postinq, passage and approval
of ordinances are hereby suspended and an emergency is declared, and
this Ordinance shall be effective immediately UDon its introduction
and passage on this 18th day of October, 1954.
