B.c; IT CHDAINED by the Common Council of tIE City of Seward, Territory of
Alaska:
3ection 1.
Section 7 of Article IV of Ordinance No. 86 is hereby arnended to read
as follows:
Bvery proposed ordinance shall be introduced in writirc", and shall after
having been introduced and read, lay on the table until the next regular meet-
ing for its second reading and shall be read for the third time at the second
regular meeting after its introduction unless the rules be suspended as herein
provided.
The reading of the ordinance number and title, in the discretion of the
City Council, may constitute a reading of said ordinance.
This ordinance S:1.all take effect and be in full force from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
