OR DlNANCE NO. 263
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 80, which is AN ORDINANCE
Requiring Real Property Owners in the Town of Seward, Alaska, to keep
clear and free from excess accumulation of ice or snow, sidewalks con-
tiguous and abutting upon their respective premises: Upon failure thereof to
cause such removal at the cost and expense of said Real Property Owners,
by the Town of Seward; and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the C:nrmon Council of the City of Seward, Alaska:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 80 of the city of Seward is hereby
repealed.
