AN ORDINANCE 'ill AMEND THE ZONING OF lDTS 1 AND 2 MARATHON ADDITION
AS SET FORTH ON THE ZONING MAP OF TEE CITY OF SEWARD - IN COl1PLIANCE
WITH SECTION 12-A - ORDINANCE NO. 260.
l>JHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Town of Seward

t. rezone Lots 1 and 2 in the Marathon Addition from an R-l t. an
R-3 Di str ict .
WHEREAS, the requirements as set forth in Ordinance 260 have
been met.
SECTION 1.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of
Seward that Lots 1 and 2 of the Marathon Add-
ition are rezoned from an R-l District to an
R-3 District.
SECTION 2.
That the rules be suspended governing the introduction,
posting, and passage and approval of ordinances are
hereby suspended and an emergency is declared and this
Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage - This 7th day of January 1957.
