ORDINANCE NO. 295
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 4.200 OF THE COOE OF ORDINANCES
RELATING TO COIN.:.OPERATED MACHINES; MUSIC BOXES, LICENSING.
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,ORDAINS:
That Section 4.200 of the Seward General Code be, and the
S8llle hereby is, repealed.
Publication of this ordinance shall be by posting a copy
hereof on the City Hall bulletin board for a period of ten days
following its passage and approval.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules
governing the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby sus-
pended and this .,d4nanc.. is hereby given immediate effect upon
its passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this
