ORDINANCE NO.
304
Section 1. No person under sixteen years of age shall be
in or upon the public streets, alleys, parks, public buildings,
places of amusement or entertainment, vacant lots, or other
unsupervised places, between the hours of ~:30 o'clock p.m.
Sunday through Thursday, and 10 o'clock p.m. Friday and Satur-
day, during school term, and lU o'clock p.m. otherwise, and
5 o'clock a.m. of any day, unless such person shall be accom-
panied by and in the charge of its parent or other competent
and adult person, or upon an emergency errand or legitimate
business directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other
adult person having the care and custody of the person.
Section 2. No parent, guardian, or other person having
the custody and control of children under the age of sixteen
years shall allow such child to go or be upon any public street,
or other places as listed in this ordinance, between the hours
of 9:30 o'clock p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and lU o'clock p.m.
Friday and Saturday, during school term, and lU o'clock p.m.
otherwise, and 5 o'clock a.m. of any day, unless such child be
accompanied by his parent or other competent and adult person,

i'or the violation of' any provision of this ordinance the presence
of any person under sixteen years 01' age, unattended as herein
required, upon any of the public streets, or other places as
listed in this ordinance, shall be deemed prima facie evidence
01' the guilt of such parent, guardian, or other adult person
having the care and custody of' such person and of the violations
of the provisions of this ordinance.
