CITYOF 3EWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 301
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 6.302, 6.303, o.jO), 6.306,
0.301, AND REPEALING SUB-SECTIONS 6.304 (d), 6.304 (e), 0.3U4(f),
AND RENUMBERING SECTION 6.304 TO 0.3U2 AND SUB-3ECTION 6.304 (g)
TO 0.302 (d), OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO CLEARING
SIDEWALKS OF SNOw AND ICE.
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
That Sections 6.302, 6.303, 6.305, 6.306 and 0.307,
and sub-sections 6.304 (d), 0.304 (e), 6.304 (f), of the
Seward General Code be, and the same hereby are, repealed.
That Section 0.304 of the Seward General Code be, and
the same hereby is, renumbered to be 6.302.
That sub-section 6.304 (g) oi' the Seward General Code
be, and the same hereby is, renumbered to be 0.302 (d).
Publication of this ordinance shall be by posting a
copy hereof on the City Hall bulletin board for a period of
ten days following its passage and approval.
