ORDINANCE NO. 312
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 309, UNCODIFIED, HITH REGARD TO
TIlli PUBLICATION OF THAT ORDINANCE.
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA ORDAINS:
That Ordina~ce No. 309, dated February 5, 1962, be, and the
same hereby is, amended to delete the publication requirement for
Ordinance No. 309 of posting a copy thereof on the City Hall Bulletin
Board for a period of not less than twenty (20) days immediately
preceding its passage and approval. In accordance with the above,
the subject publication requirement shall he amended to read as
follows:
"Publication of this Ordinance shall be by posting
a copy hereof on the City Hall Eulletin Board for
a period of ten (10) days following its passage
and approval."
Publication of this Ordinance shall be by posting a copy
hereof on the City Hall Bulletin Board for a period of ten (10) days
following its rassage and approval.
An e~er3ency is her~by declared to exist and the rules
governing the passage of ordinances are hereby suspe~ded and this
Ordinance is given full force an~ effect immediately upon its
passage and approval..
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of
