BE IT ORDAINED By the Coeman Counoil of the Town of
Seward, Alaska.
That any person, persons, assooiation or corporation who
shall, within the inoorporated limits of the Town of Seward, Alaska,
open up or oonduot, or attempt to open up or oonduot business of any
oharaoter, where a lioense is required by th~ la.ws of the 'Lerritory
of Alaska, without having first paid the lioel').se required therefor,
shall be guilty of a misdemea.nor a.nd upon oonviotion ther~of shall
be fined not less tha.n ten nor more than one hundred dollars or im-
prisoned b. the ll1unioipa.1 Jail not more tha.n ninety days, or b~T both
such fine and iro2risonment.
An emergenoy existing therefor, this ordinanoe is pa.ssed
under 811spenaion of the rules, and shall be in full force "lnd effeot
from "lnd after its p"lssage and approval.
