An ordinanoe to aoquire for park and atreet Puroses, Fraotional
Lots Nwnbered, One (1), Two (2), Theee (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6)
anJ Seven (7) in Block Six (6) of the Frank L. Ballaine Townsite
of the Town of Seward, Alaska, and authorizing the C1ty Attorney
to bring ondemnation proceedings, in the name of the Town of
Seward and take such other steps as deemed advis3lie to acquire
said property for the purposes stated and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY ~HE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SEWARD,
ALASKA.
SECTION ONE (1) That the Town of Seward, Alaska, purchase for
the purpose of using the eame for a public park with driveways,
and extendittg Railroad Avenue across the same to intersect
with Adams Street, the Following Described property, situate in
the Town of Seward, Third Division, Kenai Recording Diat~ict
in the Territory of Alaska, and more partioularly desoribed as
follows, to-wit: Lots NumbeleJ One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six is) and seven (7) in Blook Six (6) of the Town of
Seward, Alaska, as shown by and according to the Dedication, Map
and Plat of the Frank L. Ballaine Townsite of said Town of Seward
Alaska.

(2) That the City Attorney be and he is hereby
