ORDINANCE NO. 59.
An ordinance, to aC'.:luire for ~ark and street p\lrpOSea, Fr~.ct ional,
Lota Numbered, One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), ~1~~ (~), Six (6)
and 8even (7) in ~lock Six (6) of the Frank L. Rallaine Tewnaite
of the Town of Seward Alaska, and authorizing the City Attorney
to bring oondemnation proceedings, in the name of the town of
Seward and. take such other stepa as deemed advisable to acquire
said property for the purpoaes ststed and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON CmJNCn OF THE TOWN OF SEWARD,
ALASKA.
SECTION ONE (1) That the town of Seware, Alaska, purchase, for
a
the rurroae od using the sarne for public park with driveways,
and extending Railroad Avebue ~cxo~t the same to interseot-
with Adans Street, the Following described property, situate in
the town of Seward, Third Division, Kenai Recording District
in the Territory of Alaska, and more particulary described as
follows, to-wit: Lots Numbered One (11, Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Six (6) of the town of
Seward Alaska, as shown by and aocording to the Dedioation, Map
and Plat of the Frank L. Ballaine Townsite of Said ~ewn of Seward
Alaska.
SECTION TWO (2) That the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized and instructed to bring condemnation prooeeding and
take suoh steps and. prooe~din~s as he may deem necessary and
beat to acquire for the said town of Seward, Alaska, the above
described property, for the purposes above stated.
Passed by the Common Counoil of the town of Seward, Alaska
aml approved by the Mayor thereof this
