ORDINANCE NO. 65.
An ordinanoe rroviding for the emplojing of a sexton to dig
the graves, look after and care for the munioipal cemitary of the
to~n of Seward Alaska, and other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN' OF SEWARD ALASKA
That the Board Of Heal!h of the town of Seward alaska is hereby
authorized and directed to employ a sexton, whose duty
dig the graves, as required in the Municipal cemetary,
it shall be to d

oompensation therefor and to look after said oemetary and oare for
the same and do such other work as is necessary to keep said oeme-
tary from deteriating, and the said Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to make such improvement or improvements from time to time
as the counoil, may from time to time, by resolution direct, providing
