Section 1. That pursuant and in ~ccordance with the
requirements Qf Chapter 29 of t~e S~Bsion Laws of the Territory
of Al~ska for the ye~r 1919, Entitled, An act to impose a Tax
upon male persons in the Territory of Alaska for Gchool Purposes,
proviting means for its oollection, and declaring an Emergenoy;
And by virtue of the provisions in said act contained,

, a resident of s~id Town of Se~ard,
and a citizen of the United States, is hereby arrointed and de-
clared to be Sohool Tax Collector for the Town of Seward, Alaska;
and, upon the qualification of said person, in ~ccordunce with
Law, all provisions, conlitiona and requirements of said act shall
be carried out and enforced as by Law regulated and required.
Section 2. An Emergenvy is h~reby declared and this
Ordinance will t~e effect from and ~fter its pas3age and approval.
