AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A SCHOOL TAX COLLECTOR
FOR THE TOWN OF SEWAFn, ALASKA, FOR THE YEAR 1923,
BE IT ORDAINED, by the TOWN OF SEWARD, ALASKA;
Section 1. That pursuant and in aooordanoe
with the requirements of Chapter 29 of the
Seesion Laws of the Territory of Alaska for the
year 1919, entitled: WAn Aot to Impose a Tax
upon Male Persons in the Territory of Alaska
for Sohool Purposes, Providing Means for Its
Colleotion, and Deolaring an Emergenoy," as
amended by Act o~ May 2, 1931," and by virtue
of the provisions in said Aot contained,
DAN J. CORCORAN, a resident of said Town of
Seward, and a oitizen of the United States,
is hereby appointed and deolared to be
Sohool Tax Collector for the Town of Seward,
Alaska;-and, upon the qualifioation of said
person, in aooordanoe with law, all
provisions, oonditions and requirements
of said Aot shall be oarried out and enforoed
as by Law regulated and required.
Seotion 2. An emergenoy is hereby deolared,
and this Ordinanoe will take effect from and
after its passage and approval.
