Section 1. That pursuant to and in accornance with the requirements
29 of U e session laws of the Terri tory of Alaska for the year 1919,
"An act to impose a Tax upon male persons in the Terri tory of Alaska
School purposes, providing means for its collection and Declaring an
as amended by the Act of ~flY 2nd, 1921 of said Act contained.

Jennie Paulson, a resident of the said City of Seward,
Alaska, and a citizen of the United States of America; is hereby appointed and
is declared to be the Echool Tax Collector for the City of Seward, Alaska, for
the year 1929, and upon qualification of said person by furnishing a good and
sufficient bond in accordance with law, all conditions, provisions, and
requirements of said acts, shall be carried out and enforced as by law regulate
and requin'lc:l in the c011ection of said fchool Tax.
Section 2. An Emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall
take effect after its passage and approval.
Passed under suspension of rules this first day of April, 1929.
