BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COJ.lMON COUNCIL, CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA. Sectionl. That pursuant to and in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 29, of the Session Laws of Alaska for tte year 1919, Entitled "An Act to impose a Tax upon male persons in the Territory of Alaska for school purposes, providing means for its collection and declaring an emergency", as amended by the act of May 2nd, 1921 of said act contained. Jennie Paulsen, a resident of the City of Seward, Alaska, and a citizen of the United States of America; Is hereby appointed and is declared to be the School Tax Collector for the City of Seward, Alaska, for the year 1931, and upon qualification of said person by furnishing a good and sufficient bond in accordance with the law, all conditions, provisions and requirements of said acts, shall be carried out and enforced as by law regulated and required in the collection of said School Taxes. Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordiance shall take effect after its passage and approval. Passed under suspension of Rules this 16th day of March, 1931.
