AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Seward.. Alaska, Repealing Ordi-
nance No. :133 of said Town entitled "An Ordinance
of the Town of Seward, Alaska, Providing for Va-
cating the North 120 Feet of the Public Alley in
Block Six on the East of Lots 37, 38, 39 and 40
in said Block Six, and west of Fractional Lota
1, 2, 3 and 4 Inclusive in said Block, of the
Townsite of Seward, Alaska. and if Such Action
be Duly Ratified, AuthorizIng a Sale of Such Va-
cated Area of said Alley in Block Six of said
Townsi te to the Standard Oil Company of Cel Hor-
nia, a Delaware Corporation; and Calling a Spe-
cial Election for the Purpose of Submitting to
the Qualified Voters of said Town the Question
of the Ratification of This Ordinance; and for
Other Purposes."

Ii 'ection 1: That Ordinance No. 133 of the Town of Seward, Alaska,
II passed unanimously under suspension of the rules by the Common
Ii Council of said Town of Seward and approved the 4th day of May,
Ii
111.7, by D. C. Brownell as Mayor of said Town, be and the same is
II hereby in all respects repealed.
