ORDINM1CE NO. 139
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 124 WHICH REGULATED THE GRANTING OF
Bf,VERAGE DISPENSARY AND RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSES W1ThIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF ThE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
BE IN ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Seward, Alaska:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 124 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall take effect immediat ly upon its passage and approval.
Passed under suspension of the rules at an adjourned regular meeting of
the Common Council of Seward, Alaska this 28th day of November, 1938.
