RErAIL LIQ,UOR LICENSES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
! SEWARD, ALASKA, AND DECLARING 1~ EMERGENCY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL, CITY OF SEWARD,
i ALASKA:
1. That the maximm number of Beverage Dispensary l-icens-
es issued within the corporate limits of the City of Seward, Alas-
ka be, and hereby is limited to five (5) only.
2. T.hat the maximum number of Retai Liquor Licenses issued
'within the corporate limits of the City of Seward, Alaska be, and
I hereby is limited to four (4) only.
3. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist and that
this Ordinance sha~l take effect immediately upon its passage and
approval.
