SEW4.RD, ALASKA
Sec. 1. No person shAll be qualified and eligible
to vote at any general or speciAl municipal
election in the City of Seward, Alaska, who
has not rp-sided therein for at least three
months prior to said election.
Sec. 2. No person shRll be ~uplified end eli~ible
to vote at any general or special election
in the City of Seward, who shall not have
re~istered as B ~ualified voter at the
office of the City Clerk, thirty days before
such election.
Sec. 3. One week prior to the registration period
aforps8id, the Oity Clerk shall provide,
and CAUSA to be 0ublished, notice of the
necessity of s~ch re~istration, and the
ti~e And place therefor.
Sec. 4. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances
inconsistent, or in conflict with the pro-
visions of this ordin<mce Firp hereby repeAled
to the extent of such inconsis.tency or conflict.
Sec. 5. An Om8rQen~y is hereby declared to exist and
