AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 84 ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE USE OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND REGU*
LATION OF VEHICLE TRAFFIC IN THE TOWN OF SEWARD, PROVIDING PENAL-
rES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
y adding thereto additional sections as hereinafter stated; and
urther providing that all violations of such additional sections
shall be punished as in said origional Ordinance No.84 provided:-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SEWARD,
LASKA:
Section ll. That Ordinande No.84 of the ordinances of the
own of Seward, Alaska entitled:"AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE USE

THER PURPOSES" be amended bY-1to1uch Ordinance as Sections 41 and
2 thereof the following:
Section 41. It shall be unlawful for any person operating a
ehicle, either animal drawn or self propelled, on Fourth Avenue
etween Washingto and Adams Streets to make a left turn between
street intersections. All vehicles perked on Fourth Avenue between
ashington and Adams Streets must be parked at an angle of forty
five degrees with the curb and with the right front wheel within
twelve inches of the curb. That portion of this section connected
ith parking is not applicable to transfer and delivery trucks
hile loading or unloading.
Section 42. It shall be unlawful for any persoqbperating a
ehicle, either animal drawn or self propelled, to block any .ll.~
street, alley, or common passage way by parking said vehicle there-
in. A reasonable time will be allowed for loading and unloading
transfer and delivery trucks.

ORDINANCE NO.160 (CONTINEUD)
S&ction 2. That all violations of said additional iections
o. 41 and No. 42, shall be punished as provided by the provisions
contained in said orgional Ordinance No.84 for violations thereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
