AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 4 OF OHDINANCE NO.
86 PERTIINING TO THE QUALIFICATIONS OF OFFICERS
OF THE CITY OF Sm'IARD, ALASKA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COlifMON COUNCIl. OF THE CITY
SEWARD, ALASKA.
hat in addition to the prescribed Qualifications as to citizenship
each candidate for mayor and councilman shall have been a contin-
ous resident within the corporate limits of Seward for one ye8r
r~or to election day.
hat all petitions for candidates be filed with the City Clerk
