An ordinance to repeal ordinance 174 an ordinance calling a
apecial election for the purpose of voting on a bond issue.
This ordinance shall take el1ect immediatel~ upon its
passage and e pproval, an emergenc~ having been declared. Passed
by the Common Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, a nd approved
vy the lliayor, all on this 29th day of October, 1947
