all Buch obstructions now in place are hereby declared unlawful
obetructions and nuisances, and the Chief of Police is hereby

Section 2. Anyone who shall hereafter violate any of the
provisioneof the above section shall uron conviction, be finAd
in any Bum not exeeedin8 fi!ty dollars.
This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
its passage.
