RESOLUTION 2000-070
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AUTHORIZING mE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT TO ADD $1,366.00 TO THE AMOUNT AUTHORIZED FOR
GMG GENERAL INC. FOR PAVING.
WHEREAS, the Electrical Department is installing new underground primary facilities at
Icicle Seafoods (Seward Fish) which required some digging up of existing asphalt pavement; and
WHEREAS, the pavement patching will be' billed to Seward Fish as part of the overall job
to install the primary facilities; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the patching is $1,366.00:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager enter into a contract with GMG General Inc. to add $1,366.00
to the amount authorized for GMG General Inc. for paving.
Section 2. The cost of this paving to be charged to the Seward Fish Job, Account 501-0000-
1001-0491.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council ofthe city of Seward, Alaska, this 26th day
of June, 2000.
