RESOLlJTION NO. 86-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
ESTABLISHING A SIGN PERMIT FEE
WHEREAS, the City of Seward has enacted a sign ordinance
that requires the establishment of a permit and accompanying fee
structu re; and
WHEREAS, sign sizes and values will vary such that a single
fee would not equitably cover administrative review of all proposed
signs; and
WHEREAS, the Uniform Building Code CUBC) adopted by the City
contains an established graduated building permit fee system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sign permit fee shall be the same as the fees
established by the Uniform Building Code adopted by the City.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 28 day of April ,
1986.
